4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and creative assets provided by Logarithm Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not resell, duplicate, or misrepresent deliverables as their own unless explicitly granted rights in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and materials shared during service delivery. Any breach may result in legal consequences.

6. Payment Terms

All invoices are due as per the agreed schedule (typically Net 7 or Net 15). Late payments may incur interest or service suspension. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cease services or terminate contracts if payment terms are violated or if we reasonably suspect client intent to exploit our services.

7. Service Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue services without prior notice in cases of system upgrades, technical failure, non-compliance, or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding rankings, ad performance, or specific outcomes. You agree that Logarithm Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

Misrepresentation, false claims, or defamatory reviews made in bad faith may result in legal action and public rebuttal with supporting documentation.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to services if you breach these Terms or misuse our platforms. You may also cancel services with written notice as per the agreed contract.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of New Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms
